Ordering Instructions:


Place your order in 5 steps:

[Search] - First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on the left of our store. Enter one or more keywords in the box (Your search) using any combination of the brand name, product name, or model number. When you find an item that interests you, click the "Detail" button to see the product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including a larger picture if available. If you want to order an item click the "Add to Cart" button.

[Shopping Cart] - Take a moment to review all of the items you have placed in your shopping cart. To change quantities enter the correct number and complete change by clicking on the "Recalculate" button. For deleting an item change quantity number to "0".
If you would like to continue shopping after adding an item to your shopping cart, continue to search for items by using our search engine or by browsing by product category from the navigation bar on the left. If you are finished shopping, click on the "Order" button at the bottom of your shopping cart and a personal information page is then displayed.

[Address information] - Choose if you are a new customer or if you already have an account. If you are a new customer or you have an account but forgot your login information, you will need to spend a few moments providing us with some details. Fields marked with an asterisk are required fields.
If you already have an account, enter your customer number and your country code ( zip code ) and click on "Import Address data". Your account details will now appear on screen. Check your information in case it has changed since the last time you ordered from us. Click "Continue" button to continue. If you omitted any required information, a screen will prompt you to fill in that area of the order form, then you can click the button again and continue with order process.
If your delivery address is different to your billing address, you can change this on the next page.

[Payment Options] - You must choose one of the payment methods provided, then click on the "Continue" button.

[Submit] - Review your billing address, shipping address, and payment option. All the information can be changed by clicking the "Back" button. Read and accept the terms and conditions. This is necessary to complete your order. Click "Send Order". Your order will take a few seconds to process. A confirmation of your order will be displayed as the final page of the ordering process and will be sent to you by email at the same time. Once we receive your completed information we will process the order as soon as possible.
